Individu yang saat ini memimpin suatu organisasi memiliki tanggung jawab untuk membentuk dan mempersiapkan calon baru untuk memimpin organisasi tersebut nantinya. Seperti yang dilaksanakan&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/smpnamiramedan\/\">@smpnamiramedan<\/a>&nbsp;yang beberapa waktu lalu baru saja melaksanakan serah terima jabatan sekaligus melantik kepala dan wakil kepala SMP Islam Namira. Pada hakikatnya kaderisasi merupakan suatu bentuk pendewasaan demi meningkatkan kualitas serta pemahaman dalam lingkup organisasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selamat kepada Kepala Sekolah terpilih Bapak Ahmad Mursalin Tanjung, S.Pd.I., Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bid. Kurikulum Ibu Doharny Siregar, S.E., dan Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bid.
