H. Amir Salim, M.Kes. pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan seluruh guru-guru Namira Islamic School untuk mengikuti program guru penggerak dari KEMDIKBUDRISTEK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendidikan Guru Penggerak adalah program pendidikan kepemimpinan bagi guru untuk menjadi pemimpin pembelajaran. Program ini meliputi pelatihan daring, lokakarya, konferensi dan pendampingan selama 6 bulan bagi calon Guru Penggerak selama program, guru tetap menjalankan tugas mengajarnya sebagai guru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Program ini akan menciptakan guru penggerak yang dapat mengembangkan diri dan guru lain dengan refleksi, berbagi dan kolaborasi secara mandiri, memiliki kematangan moral, emosi dan spiritual untuk berperilaku sesuai kode etik, merencanakan, menjalankan, merefleksikan dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran yang berpusat pada murid dengan melibatkan orang tua, berkolaborasi dengan orang tua dan komunitas untuk mengembangkan sekolah dan menumbuhkan kepemimpinan murid dan mengembangkan dan memimpin upaya mewujudkan visi sekolah yang berpihak pada murid dan relevan dengan
